Cancellation Policy
At The Divine Balance, we value your time and energy, and we appreciate your trust in booking a session with us. Please take a moment to review our service policy to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all. 📅 Appointments • All services are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. • Please arrive on time (or log in on time for virtual sessions). Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. 🔄 Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or counted as a cancellation. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time deposits are non-refundable. • No-shows are non-refundable. 💳 Payments • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. • We accept credit card, PayPal or Venmo. 📬 Communication • If you are running late or need to make a change to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thedivinebalance.com. ⸻ We appreciate your understanding and look forward to holding space for your healing and growth.
