How to Use Your Lava Bracelet w / Aromatherapy Oil

Remove your bracelet and place it on a clean, dry surface

Apply 1 drop of properly diluted aromatherapy oil to 1–3 lava stones; there is no need to coat the entire bracelet

Gently massage the oil into the stones and allow it to fully absorb before wearing

Once absorbed, put on your bracelet, take a few slow breaths, and set an intention for the day

If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use
