  • How to Use Your Lava Bracelet w / Aromatherapy Oil

    • Remove your bracelet and place it on a clean, dry surface

    • Apply 1 drop of properly diluted aromatherapy oil to 1–3 lava stones; there is no need to coat the entire bracelet

    • Gently massage the oil into the stones and allow it to fully absorb before wearing

    • Once absorbed, put on your bracelet, take a few slow breaths, and set an intention for the day

    • If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use
