When I walk by you, I see you as a reflection of me. When I smile at you, I am only smiling at myself. When I say hello to you, I am only saying hello to myself.

We each carry an essence of oneness that expands the color of our skin. Beyond the personality of our individual experience. Beyond for which the eye can see. This essence is not outside of us, but is within us. It is us, and radiates continuously with every breath we take.

This essence is within all lifeforms. It is within the sand beneath our feet and also the air for which we breath. It is not outside of us, it is us and we are it.

When I say the words “I AM”. I am not speaking these words from my own personal view of this reality. I am speaking the words of us collectively.

I AM the blue sky that shines above.
I AM the wind that blows through your hair.
I AM the ocean that is forever present and cleansing.
I AM the laughter that is shared by all.
I AM you and you are me. We are one and forever will be.
